We have described the items objectively and to the best of our knowledge, but antiques do not always lend themselves to exact classification and description. Good design and taste are personal perceptions. We recognize that perceptions differ, so a return policy is part of our trading conditions. Please note that electronic media cannot always reproduce colors faithfully.
First Class USPS shipping for domestic orders is always free at Stonegate Antique Prints! Priority Mail or Express Mail Shipping are available at our cost.
International shipping will be charged at our cost minus 10%.
Occasionally, there is a glitch in shipping and damage or loss might occur. To ensure coverage on orders which might be difficult or impossible to replace, insurance is required on each order, billed at a nominal cost to the customer.
Insurance is included for all domestic shipments. For international orders, insurance will be billed separately at actual cost.
All items are packed professionally using all new materials, in a smoke-free environment. Any claims against loss or damages while in transit or storage are the responsibility of carrier, customer and insurance provider. We will happily assist with supportive documentation originating from our offices to assist in your claim, but are not liable for reimbursement.
Your order will be shipped one day after payment has been confirmed and or received depending on method of payment. In the case of orders paid by personal checks, shipping will occur after 7 day clearing period. You will be advised of any delays.
We accept payments using most major credit cards. For your convenience, you may check out securely using PayPal.
An order cancellation is upsetting to our business as the item might have been sold to another customer if the order had not been placed. Requests for cancellations must be made within 2-day period after initial order is placed with us.
We offer every original purchaser a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. The guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
Call us first. If we can’t amend the problem to your satisfaction, we will give you a Return Authorization Number and authorize the return of your item. We cannot accept any unauthorized returns. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. Ship the item back to us, freight prepaid and insured.
Please pack it with care, using the original packaging. Write the RA# clearly in large letters on each carton you send back. We will issue a refund normally within 7 days from the date the item(s) is received. Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not refundable. To receive credit, items(s) must be received in an as-sent, undamaged condition. Any change in the condition of the item sent will negate the return. To receive a refund, the item(s) must be received at our address within seven (7) days from the date the item was received by you at the address we shipped the item(s) to.
Collectors always have the option of trading back an item purchased from us for full credit toward a piece of the same, or greater value.
