Payment
We accept the following payment methods, you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order:
- Credit card Via Pay Pal Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Via Your PayPal Account
How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards via PayPal or via your PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.
Do you charge sales tax?
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to New York State. The NYS tax rate of 8.125% to NYS addresses will be determined by the delivery address and displayed when placing your order.
Shipping
We Ship via United States Postal Service. First Class USPS shipping for domestic orders, insured, is always free at Stonegate Antique Prints! Priority Mail or Express Mail Shipping are available at cost.
International shipping will be charged at our cost minus 10%. International insurance will be billed separately.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
