Dr. George Shaw published this informative work in fourteen volumes with Frederick Nodder from 1789-1814. The publication is popular amongst print collectors because of the quality of both the illustrations and the attractive hand-coloring.

8vo., 9 1/8"x 5 1/2" overall measurement, hand-colored copperplate engraving, right margin slightly uneven from disbinding, plate was stuck off-center so part of the bottom plate mark is missing will still mat nicely, light paper toning otherwise excellent condition, London, 1794.
